Why does my stomach hurt and my nipples hurt?

Why does my stomach hurt and my nipples hurt?

If you have pain in your lower abdomen and nipples, you may have lower abdominal pain caused by breast disease. Generally, breast disease can cause tingling, swelling and tenderness in the middle of the nipple. This does not rule out breast cysts, mastitis and breast infection. Many women, especially during the lactation period, will also experience breast pain.

Treatment

There are currently three general treatment methods for pathological pain: 1. Hormone therapy, which is relatively quick and direct in effect, but long-term use of hormones can cause serious damage to the body. 2. Surgical treatment. Surgical treatment is generally only recommended for patients with breast cancer, because surgical resection will destroy the beauty of women's breasts and is also very expensive. 3. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine mostly uses natural medicine for treatment. Combined with the patient's symptoms, it can have a good therapeutic effect. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pain patients does not harm the body, and patients do not have to worry about becoming dependent on the medicine. Professor Ding's Breast Swelling and Pain Patch is guided by the traditional medical theory of "internal disease treated externally". It is a new type of external patch that concentrates the essence of precious Chinese medicine and organically combines it with magnetic materials. It also uses a new traditional drug system to enable effective drugs to reach the diseased area faster and more fully. It is a model of the combination of traditional medical theory and modern science and technology.

Pathological etiology

1. If the breast pain is paroxysmal, and often starts before menstruation or worsens before menstruation, and can be relieved or disappear after menstruation, the pain is distending or stabbing, and sometimes involves the armpit or shoulder and back on the same side, and there is mild to moderate tenderness locally, then it is considered to be a proliferative lesion.

2. Sometimes, there is no obvious pain in the breast, but only pain in one armpit or shoulder and back, which may be a malignant lesion. These subtle changes should not be easily ignored. If there is severe, persistent, burning pain in the breast that progressively worsens and is difficult to relieve on its own, and is accompanied by ulceration and necrosis of the local tumor or ulceration of the surgical wound and surrounding skin, it is breast pain in the late stage of malignant disease.

3. If the nipples are severely painful, broken or cracked during breastfeeding, it may be caused by the baby sucking and biting the nipples, resulting in nipple fissures. If the breast pain is only mild dull pain or aching pain, the onset has no obvious regularity, and is only sporadic or paroxysmal, and some are persistent, it is often ignored because the pain is not obvious. It should be noted that such breast pain may also be a signal of early breast malignant disease and should be given sufficient attention.
