It manifests in women experiencing unbearable nipple itching or pain before, during or after menstruation, which makes them unable to wear clothes. The itching gradually improves after the period ends. This is also called "nipple itching and pain during menstruation."

2. Nipple itching is caused by an allergic reaction to certain materials due to the influence of clothing on the one hand, and by the influence of endocrine system on the other hand. It is generally related to the skin, and occasional itching does not mean any problem.
