This is most obvious in first-time pregnant women.

2. Stretch marks after delivery. At this time, the stretch marks gradually fade into white or silvery white shiny scars, and the texture will no longer change.

3. How to eliminate stretch marks:

1. Eat foods that are beneficial to the collagen fibers in the skin to enhance skin elasticity.

2. Control sugar intake and eat less foods with high pigment content.

3. Drink two glasses of skim milk every morning and evening, and eat fiber-rich vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins and minerals to increase the permeability of cell membranes and the metabolic function of the skin. Vitamin E has anti-aging effects on the skin. Foods rich in vitamin E include cabbage, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, etc. Vitamins A and B2 are also indispensable substances for smooth and delicate skin. When the human body lacks vitamin A, the skin will become dry, rough and scaly; if it lacks vitamin B2, the corners of the mouth will become milky white, the skin of the lips will crack, desquamate and pigmentation will appear. Foods rich in vitamin A include animal liver, cod liver oil, milk, cream, eggs, and orange-red vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin B2 include liver, kidney, heart, eggs, milk, etc.

4. Adjust your eating habits, try to eat fresh fruits and drink less fruit juice; drink skim milk and less whole milk; drink clear soup and less thick soup; eat more low-sugar fruits and less cookies and salads.

5. Ensure a balanced and nutritious diet and avoid excessive intake of carbohydrates and excess calories, which may lead to excessive weight gain. Of course, from a medical point of view, laser can be used to remove stretch marks.
