1. Under normal circumstances, postpartum lochia will usually clear up 3 weeks after the newborn is born, but everyone's physical fitness is different, so there will be differences.

2. If the lochia is still leaking two months after giving birth, it may be that the lochia is not clean. The situation is not good. The common cause of lochia may be infection of the uterus, or the presence of pregnancy products such as embryos, decidua and other tissue remnants in the uterus, proving that the uterus has not fully recovered.

How to take care of yourself after cesarean section

1. Moderate exercise. I don't even have the strength to get out of bed and walk. I don't even want to move. The feeling of moving at will is something that only experienced people can understand. But gradually, you really need to start exercising. You can't stay in bed all the time or be scared. It's good to relax and do some exercises that don't require much effort.

2. Replenish water. Within three days after the caesarean section, you need to cooperate with each other and get intravenous drips to replenish water and prevent dehydration. Six hours after the operation, you can eat some liquid food such as stewed eggs, egg soup, lotus root powder, etc. The next day you can start to eat porridge and drink some crucian carp and tofu soup to replenish water.

3. Do not allow the wound to split open. If you feel uncomfortable, have a slight cough, or feel nauseous, apply pressure on both sides of the wound to prevent the sutures from breaking.

4. After getting down to the ground for the first time, you can use a restraint belt. On the one hand, the binding belt can relieve some pain, and on the other hand, it is more convenient to move around.

5. Scar repair and care. Avoid sunlight exposure. You can apply some medicines such as Fuqingshuang, triamcinolone, dexamethasone, etc. to relieve itching. Eating foods containing vitamin C and E can promote blood circulation. The last step is to use some scar removal products together.
