If vomiting is unsuccessful, gastric lavage with normal saline and catharsis are performed to dilute the drug concentration in the intestine. Hemodialysis cannot remove loratadine, and it has not been determined whether peritoneal dialysis can remove this product.

13. Loratadine tablets should be taken on an empty stomach. You can take it 1 hour before meals or 3 hours after meals.
