Madvertise: Research shows Friday is the best time for users to buy mobile apps

As traditional Western festivals are approaching, there will undoubtedly be a large number of discount promotions on Apple's iOS App Store. But when is the best time for users to buy apps? Madvertise, a mobile advertising group in Berlin, Germany, recently conducted a study on this issue and recently released their findings.

They conducted a study on the UK App Store and found that Friday is the best time for users to buy apps. 19.58% of iPads and apps and 18% are basically reduced in price before the weekend, and the prices of the five major categories of apps basically do not fluctuate on Fridays.

On the contrary, Thursday is supposed to be the worst time to buy apps. 17.9% of iPad apps and 17.36% of iPhone apps will increase their prices during this time. However, many new apps are released on Thursday, and many app updates are also released on Thursday. Therefore, Thursday ranks second in the best time to buy apps.

The survey conducted by Madvertise used the information provided by the limited free app AppZapp. Many app publishers will choose to reduce the price of their apps on Fridays in order to occupy a favorable position in the App Store's weekly rankings. Therefore, Friday will become the best time to buy apps.
