Lower back pain after ovulation

Normal sexual intercourse pain

During sexual intercourse, the twitching of the male genitals can cause strong irritation to the female vagina, abdomen and pelvic organs. Women may experience difficulty breathing and the whole body cannot contract easily, which can cause pain.

However, because sexual desire masks the pain, the pain usually only manifests itself after sexual intercourse. It is the most common condition. This type of abdominal pain after sex is tolerable and will clear up on its own.

Female body structure

The female urethra and the bottom of the bladder are close to the vagina, and the uterus and appendages are more closely related to the vagina, making them more susceptible to external pressure and biological stimulation.

When the genitals are swollen, the pelvic tissues will produce different degrees of phenomena, such as contraction or muscle spasm, causing abdominal pain. This kind of situation often occurs in people who have sexual intercourse for the first time and can be gradually alleviated afterwards.

Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in Women

If a woman has a disease in her abdomen or pelvis, the impact of the penis on the diseased area will cause lower abdominal pain.

Pelvic inflammation such as vaginitis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease can cause persistent pain in women's lower abdomen, and the symptoms are aggravated by local irritation hematoma caused by sexual intercourse.

This type of physiological symptom is very different from the previous types, that is, the pain will last for a long time and will not be relieved with the end of sexual intercourse. Women can also determine the cause of the disease by going to the hospital for a gynecological examination.

Lasts too long

If sexual intercourse lasts too long, prolonged sexual excitement can cause long-term pelvic hematoma and may also cause pelvic congestion syndrome in women, resulting in abdominal pain.

Changing positions appropriately during sexual intercourse, such as lying on your side, can help discharge pelvic congestion and thus alleviate symptoms.

Afterwards, the abdomen becomes cold

Some people may experience paroxysmal lower abdominal pain after sexual intercourse if they eat hot or cold food or blow a fan too hard.
