How to rub hemorrhoids after childbirth

Nine out of ten people suffer from hemorrhoids, which means that hemorrhoids are a disease that many people suffer from. Some women already have hemorrhoids before giving birth and choose natural childbirth. However, due to excessive force during childbirth and postpartum constipation, the hemorrhoids develop more severely and the hemorrhoids prolapse and cannot retract. Some people can rub the hemorrhoids back with their hands, but some people can't rub them back no matter how hard they try. The problem of hemorrhoids in postpartum women cannot be ignored and must be treated as early as possible.

1. Causes of hemorrhoids in postpartum women

Due to the pressure from the gradually growing fetus and its appendages during pregnancy, local hemorrhoidal venous reflux in the anus is obstructed. During delivery, pregnant women exert downward force for a long time, which further promotes venous congestion. Postpartum constipation can cause irritation to the anus, leading to postpartum hemorrhoids, prolapse of hemorrhoids and worsening of hemorrhoids.

2. What to do if a pregnant woman has hemorrhoids

Keep the anus clean. Due to the stimulation of lochia, there will always be blood. Change underwear and take a shower in time. You can do some anal lifting exercises appropriately, which are good for many people, such as urinary incontinence, etc. Each time should be about one or two minutes.

3. How to treat hemorrhoids in pregnant women

1. Exercise conditioning method: Appropriate exercise can reduce venous pressure, enhance the function of the cardiovascular system, eliminate constipation, and enhance muscle strength, which is very effective in the prevention and treatment of hemorrhoids. Anal lifting exercise is the simplest and most effective method. If you can persist in it, you will get twice the result with half the effort.

2. Daily life adjustment method: New mothers should lead a regular life, have regular bowel movements every day, keep bowel movements smooth, change underwear frequently, wash the anus frequently, and keep the vulva dry. As the saying goes, wash once after defecation and hemorrhoids will not appear. After defecation, there are often some tiny fecal residues that cannot be wiped off in the skin folds around the anus. Therefore, you should insist on washing the vulva with warm water after daily bowel movements.

3. If you want to rub the hemorrhoids back as soon as possible, you can use boiled pepper water to fumigate and wash the anal area for 20 minutes at night. Eat more fruits and vegetables, more whole grains, and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

4. How to prevent postpartum hemorrhoids

1. Some women are afraid of catching cold after giving birth, so they add pepper to everything they eat, which can easily cause hemorrhoids. Similarly, eating too many refined foods such as eggs can cause dry and small stools, causing feces to stay in the intestines for a long time, which can not only cause hemorrhoids but is also harmful to human health.

2. Change underwear and bathe frequently. It not only keeps the anus clean and avoids the stimulation of lochia, but also promotes blood circulation in the area, eliminates edema and prevents external hemorrhoids.

3. Strengthen local anal exercises: improve physical fitness, correct bad sitting posture; avoid sitting, standing, and walking for a long time, and strengthen local exercises, such as doing more "ani lifting exercises". Method: When inhaling, pull the anus inward and upward, tighten the anus, and relax when exhaling. Relax and tighten the anus 30 times each time, once in the morning and once in the evening.
