Vaginal bleeding while running

Vaginal bleeding while running

Running is a very common sport for many people. Regular running is good for our health, but we must control the time and amount of running. Sometimes, too strenuous exercise can cause some adverse reactions to the body. Some people have even experienced vaginal bleeding while running, which makes many women feel very troubled. What causes vaginal bleeding while running?

1. Irregular vaginal bleeding

There are two types of irregular vaginal bleeding: physiological and pathological. Generally speaking, some women will experience ovulation bleeding during their ovulation period, also known as mid-menstrual bleeding, which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. If you have irregular vaginal bleeding, you should also consider the possibility of the following diseases: cervical polyps. Acute vaginitis. Severe cervical erosion. Cervical cancer. Submucous uterine fibroids, etc. It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital for examination.

2. Vaginal bleeding has little to do with running

There are many reasons for vaginal bleeding, the most common of which is irregular bleeding caused by cervical erosion and irregular menstruation. It is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible for relevant examinations, such as color Doppler ultrasound of the uterus and adnex, cervical smear or gynecological examination with colposcopy, to facilitate diagnosis. Mild cervical erosion does not require surgical treatment, local medication can be used, severe cases can be treated with Lip knife surgery. Both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have many good methods for the treatment of irregular menstruation and cervicitis. Especially for women with menstrual disorders, Chinese medicine has more advantages in syndrome differentiation and treatment.

3. Others

Vaginal bleeding refers to bleeding from any part of the reproductive tract. The bleeding manifestations can be divided into menorrhagia, prolonged menstruation, irregular bleeding or contact bleeding. The amount of bleeding can be more or less. Bleeding can come from the vulva, vagina, cervix and endometrium, with the most common bleeding coming from the uterus. It is a common symptom of female reproductive organ diseases.
