What should I do if breast fibroids cause some pain?

Women are often affected by breast diseases in their lives. Generally speaking, they are prone to mastitis when they reach a certain age. This is caused by not paying attention to breast care in daily life. If mastitis is not treated in time, it may cause other breast diseases, such as common breast fibroids. Although they are benign tumors, they can easily cause pain and swelling. So, what should I do if my breast fibroids hurt?

Breast fibroma, a mixed tumor of fibrous tissue and glandular epithelium occurring in the mammary lobule, is the most common type of benign breast tumor. It can be single or multiple, and can affect one or both breasts. The lumps can occur in any part of the breast, but are more common in the upper quadrant. The size of the lump is mostly 1-2cm, usually not exceeding 3cm. The mass is round or oval, lobed, and has smooth and complete borders. It mainly occurs in female friends between the ages of 20-39.

Breast fibroids are mostly benign. Single fibroids are more common, but there are also multiple cases. Does breast fibroids cause pain? Generally, there is no pain, because it does not hurt or only causes slight swelling or dull pain. This pain and size have nothing to do with the menstrual cycle. But sometimes the pain is accompanied by other symptoms of breast hyperplasia. Most patients discover the disease accidentally, often by touching a painless lump in the breast while taking a bath. In most cases, a breast lump is the only symptom of this disease. The lump is easy to move within the breast, has clear boundaries, is like a small, smooth marble, and is as hard as rubber.

Does breast fibroadenoma cause pain? Some patients will experience pain symptoms after suffering from breast fibroadenoma, but some patients have no symptoms in the early stages, which makes it difficult for many patients to detect the disease in the early stages. Therefore, women of childbearing age must have regular physical examinations to detect physical abnormalities in a timely manner.

How to treat the pain of breast fibroids? For a disease like breast fibroids, what patients need to do is psychological care. If the patients themselves cannot maintain a healthy lifestyle, the severity of the disease will increase. Therefore, patients themselves must also take appropriate treatment measures.
