1. Primary hyperhidrosis

Some people love to sweat, which is caused by the regulation disorder of the autonomic nervous system center. Such people often have symmetrical sweating in the palms, soles, armpits, and face. Whenever you are emotionally excited, or when the ambient temperature rises, or after activity, you often sweat more, and some people even sweat profusely.

2. Secondary hyperhidrosis

Excessive sweating is caused by certain diseases. For example, tuberculosis often causes night sweats. It is also seen in neurological diseases such as encephalitis, syringomyelia, Guillain-Barré syndrome, Raynaud's disease, etc. During the examination, if the primary disease is found, it should be treated actively.

3. Gustatory local hyperhidrosis

Some people sweat on their forehead, nose tip and temples when eating certain spicy foods. This disease is often related to the medulla oblongata sweat center. If the excessive sweating is symmetrical, it is congenital; if the excessive sweating is limited to a certain area, it is often the recovery period after facial nerve paralysis.

4. Diet therapy

Braised pork ribs with 10 kinds of herbs

Ingredients: 10 grams of angelica, 10 black dates, 10 grams of Chuanxiong, 10 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 10 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 10 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 3 grams of cinnamon twig, 15 grams of white peony root, 10 grams of Poria cocos, 6 grams of roasted licorice, 15 grams of Astragalus, 2 slices of Eucommia ulmoides, 15 grams of wolfberry, and a little salt for seasoning.

Preparation method: Add 20 cups of water to the tonic herbs and boil until about 10 cups of medicinal juice remains. Remove the herbs and keep the juice for later use. After blanching the ribs with hot water, put them into the pot, add the prepared herbal juice and rice wine, and simmer for about 1 hour. After removing from the pot, add salt.
