Traditional Chinese medicine believes that when people are sitting quietly or sleeping in a space with a suitable temperature without any work, they sweat a lot. This is sweating due to weakness, which is called false sweating. When women wake up in the morning, they sweat because of their weak physical constitution. In addition to sweating, the body may also experience dizziness, pale complexion, etc. It is recommended that you adjust your body as soon as possible.

The ancients said: "Food supplements are worse than medicine supplements." People who sweat spontaneously should eat nutritious foods such as chicken, duck, fish, eggs, yam, lentils, mutton, longan, dog meat, etc. They should not eat raw and cold fruits and vegetables, and should also exercise restraint in sexual intercourse. Drink plenty of water every day to maintain normal fluid levels in your body.

How to treat women's sweating

1. Astragalus and Red Dates Soup

15 grams of Astragalus, 20 red dates, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 1 hour, one dose per day, divided into 2-3 times, for 10 consecutive days. It is effective for sweating caused by Qi deficiency and weak defensive surface.

2. Astragalus Pork Lean Meat Soup

15 grams of astragalus, 50 grams of lean pork, add appropriate amount of water, boil for 1 hour, eat the meat and drink the soup, take 5 times in a row. It is effective for spontaneous sweating due to deficiency of the exterior.

3. Black bean, pork and jujube soup

30 grams of black beans, 10 grams of longan meat, and 30 grams of red dates, wash and put them in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, take it twice a day, and take it for 15 days as a course of treatment. It is effective for spontaneous sweating due to deficiency of the exterior and sweating caused by imbalance of the Ying and Wei systems.

4. Floating wheat and lamb tripe soup

Put 30 grams of floating wheat into a clean small cloth bag, wash and cut 50 grams of sheep tripe into pieces, add appropriate amount of water, simmer until well-cooked, remove the cloth bag, season, eat the tripe and drink the soup, and eat it in several times within one day. Continuously used for 5-10 days, it has the effect of strengthening the spleen and stopping sweating. It is effective for spontaneous sweating.

5. Loach Soup

Take about 100 grams of loach, wash off the mucus with warm water, cut open the abdomen, remove the intestines and clean them, fry them in oil until they turn yellow, add one and a half bowls of water, fry for 30 minutes, season with salt, and eat them in several times within one day. (Young children can drink the soup instead of eating loaches to avoid getting bones stuck in their throats). Take it for 3-5 days in a row, it is effective for treating night sweats.

6. Black Beans and Catfish

60g black beans, 2-4 catfish, remove the neck flowers (on both sides) and intestines, cook in a clay pot over low heat, and season with salt. Take it in divided doses within one day, 3-5 times in a row. Effective for spontaneous sweating and night sweats.

7. Stir-fried tofu skin

Wash a piece of tofu skin, soak it in warm water, cut it into shreds, stir-fry it with vegetable oil, season it with scallion salt, and eat it. Take once a day, with no limit on the course of treatment. Regular consumption has the function of nourishing the stomach and reducing sweat, and is effective for spontaneous sweating.

8. Stewed Duck with Cordyceps

Each time, use an old male duck, remove the hair and internal organs, wash it, put 10-15 grams of Cordyceps sinensis into the duck's belly, add appropriate amount of water, stew it in boiling water with Wa Gu for 1 hour, season it and eat it several times. It is effective for spontaneous sweating, night sweats and people with weak bodies.
