What does fetal poison look like?

Presumably pregnant mothers have also heard of "fetal toxins". When you are pregnant, especially in the late pregnancy, there will be kind-hearted relatives and friends who will remind you that you should eat something to remove fetal toxins, such as eggs, corn silk water, Coptis chinensis water, etc. Otherwise, the baby to be born later may be prone to eczema. So what does fetal toxicity look like?

"Fetal toxins" is another name for acute allergic reactions after childbirth, which manifests as various skin allergies, such as boils, scabies, acne, etc. The General Theory of Pediatrics states: "In all newborns, a few months old or over one year old and under two years old, sores suddenly appear on the face and lips, which are as thin as millet grains. The white pus spots will crack and connect together. The baby will feel hot, swollen, itchy, painful and restless, and will constantly discharge light yellow fishy pus. The surrounding healthy skin will be infected by the discharged yellow pus and will quickly develop into sores. At first, the skin will ulcerate and swell on the outside. If not treated, it will gradually spread to the muscle surface, also causing pale swelling and ulceration. If it cannot be treated, it will spread from the face to the whole body over time. This is the so-called fetal toxin." The Complete Works of Pediatrics says: "All fetal toxins, such as scabies, runny nose, eczema, carbuncle, tuberculosis, heavy tongue, goose mouth ulcers, as well as fetal fever, fetal cold, fetal convulsions, and fetal jaundice, are also caused by fetal fever, fetal cold, fetal convulsions, and fetal jaundice." The disease is mainly caused by eating spicy, fatty and sweet food during pregnancy and childbirth, or improper daily adjustment, or depression, anger, sadness, and emotional imbalance, which leave toxins in the fetus.

The causes of various diseases such as eczema and thrush in babies are different and cannot be generally attributed to "fetal toxins". It is not advisable to take medicines to get rid of "fetal toxins". Some medicines are not suitable for pregnant women to take or foods with medicinal effects may harm the body and the baby in the uterus, and even cause premature birth if taken improperly.

Pregnant mothers are advised to stick to a healthy diet, eat more vegetables and fruits, ensure a balanced intake of nutrients, and avoid spicy food that is greasy and lacks nutrition. If the pregnant mother herself has an allergic constitution, it is best to go to a reliable hospital for some detailed screening to prevent the baby from acquiring such allergens from breast milk, which is not conducive to the baby's future happy growth.
