We all know that women are forbidden to have sex during menstruation, otherwise it will cause serious harm to their health, such as infertility caused by endometriosis, various gynecological inflammations such as pelvic inflammatory disease caused by bacterial invasion. Some women have sex with the opposite sex just 1-2 days after their menstruation, resulting in vaginal bleeding. So how many days after menstruation is it suitable for women to have sex?

1. Bleeding during sexual intercourse

Female sexual intercourse bleeding refers to local bleeding in the vagina or external genitalia during or after sexual intercourse. Generally, the amount of bleeding is not large, and only a very small number can cause heavy bleeding.

2. How many days after menstruation can you have sex?

Because having sex just after the menstruation has ended and the uterus has not yet recovered, the endometrium has not fully recovered. Premature sexual intercourse stimulates the uterus and causes bleeding. If the bleeding is not too severe, no medication is needed and it will stop within two days. 1. Cervicitis

2. Cervical cancer

Bleeding after sexual intercourse is the earliest symptom. Because there are more small blood vessels and the tissues are more fragile in the cancer lesions, the capillaries will rupture and bleed due to damage after each sexual intercourse. If the cancer grows further, it will bleed more easily.

3. Endometriosis

Some endometriosis grows on the cervix and appears as blue-purple nodules. If this blue-purple ectopic nodule is touched during sexual intercourse, it will cause bleeding. The amount of bleeding is generally small and dark red, and abdominal pain often occurs after intercourse.

4. Pelvic inflammatory disease

Pelvic inflammation can cause pelvic congestion. If the endometrium is congested and edematous, the congested endometrium may bleed after sex, but this chance is rare.

5. Chlamydia infection

The viral infection is usually transmitted through sexual contact with sperm, vaginal fluids, or blood.

7. Trichomoniasis

A sexually transmitted disease usually caused by a protozoan that can also be transmitted from an infected mother to her newborn during childbirth. Sometimes, the virus is transmitted from tap water, urine, toilet seats, and swimming pools, and this disease can cause vaginitis and bleeding after sexual intercourse.

8. Fibroids

Generally speaking, fibroids are benign tumors. Only a few fibroids are malignant, and fibroids can cause vaginal bleeding when irritated.
