1. Warm and cold water are more effective than hot water

Many people will use hot water to wash first. In fact, this not only fails to clean it thoroughly, but makes it more difficult to wash. The best way is to use cold or warm water to wash it, because this way the menstrual blood will not easily coagulate!

2. Hydrogen peroxide

Dilute some hydrogen peroxide with cold water, then put your underwear in it for 15 minutes, then wash it with soap and it will be washed off! But this only applies to newly dyed ones. If it takes a long time, the effect will not be good!

3. Salt + Water

Just mix salt and a little water into a paste, then apply it to the bloodstained area, then rub your hands together, then rinse with cold water. However, if there is any residue, just repeat the cleaning once more.

4. Saliva

Because our saliva contains enzymes that can break down proteins in the blood, you just need to smear saliva on the blood stains and rub them gently, then soak them in water and wash them once with soap. This will completely remove the menstrual blood, but this method is only suitable for small areas of blood stains.

5. You can use ginger to scrub when cleaning

The ginger will loosen and break down protein stains as it rubs against the blood. For example, drop ginger water on the bloodstained part of the mat. After it is soaked, wipe it with a rag soaked in cold water, and then absorb the moisture with a dry cloth or paper towel. Or you can use slices of ginger to wipe the bloodstained part, then wipe it with a towel dipped in cold water, or wash it as usual, and the blood stains can be removed.
