What are the symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis in women

Women are very prone to qi deficiency and blood stasis, and these problems have a great impact and harm on women's health. Common symptoms are dry tone of voice, loss of appetite, difficulty defecation, weakness in the limbs, sagging breasts, etc. For women, once these symptoms appear, they should be taken seriously and scientifically adjusted.

1. Speak in a low and timid voice with a light breath

Women with Qi deficiency and blood stasis usually speak in a soft and weak voice, not to mention chest resonance and abdominal breathing. So we say that a low and timid voice and shallow breathing are manifestations of qi deficiency.

2. Spleen deficiency and insufficient spleen and stomach qi

The main symptoms are loss of appetite, abdominal distension after eating, and difficulty in defecation.

3. Weakness in the limbs

We know that the spleen controls muscles and limbs. If the spleen is weak, the muscles will be loose and weak. The limbs are also prone to lack of strength, and the whole body is relatively loose and without tension. Women will suffer from sagging breasts, especially those with qi deficiency who gain weight during pregnancy and after giving birth. Their abdominal muscles will become severely loose, and any elasticity and tension will be useless. The buttocks also sag and the whole body looks loose and not upright. This is because Qi deficiency has no effect of boosting Qi.

4. Dizziness and low blood pressure

Because of Qi deficiency, Qingyang cannot rise and Qingyang cannot be elevated, so there will be symptoms of dizziness and low blood pressure.

5. For people with qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution, it is advisable to use qi-moving and blood-activating drugs to dredge qi and blood, so as to achieve the purpose of "tonifying by unblocking". Qi-moving and blood-activating medicines such as bupleurum, cyperus, curcuma, angelica, ligusticum, chuanxiong, safflower, allium macrostemon, aurantium, peach kernel, panax notoginseng, and ginkgo biloba can help improve the constitution of qi stagnation and blood stasis.

6. If people with qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution suffer from depression, psychological counseling should be the main approach , combined with drugs that soothe the liver, regulate qi and relieve depression, such as bupleurum, turmeric, green peel, cyperus, ligusticum chuanxiong, green calyx plum, and atractylodes japonica.
