What does breast hypoechoic mean?

What does breast hypoechoic mean?

Breast disease is a common disease among female friends. Most of them are breast pain and lumps caused by endocrine imbalance. Many female friends have breast hypoechoic when examining their breasts. So what does breast hypoechoic mean? Let’s take a closer look at it. I hope it can be helpful to everyone.

What does low breast echo mean?

Breast hypoechoic mass refers to the examination method during breast ultrasound examination. Normal mammary ducts under breast color ultrasound examination have normal echoes. If breast B-ultrasound finds a solid tissue mass, the reflection ability of ultrasound waves is increased, which will prompt a high echo. For example, breast fibroids, breast hyperplasia, and breast thickening diseases. If a low-echo mass is found during breast B-ultrasound, it indicates that there are diseases in the breast that have low ultrasound reflection ability, such as breast cysts and cysts.

Simple breast hypoechoic masses cannot completely determine what disease it is and need to be diagnosed based on actual symptoms and physical examination. For example, if there is fever and breast pain, and patients usually have milk stasis during breastfeeding, it can be diagnosed as mastitis and breast cysts. Therefore, if you find a low-echo mass in the breast, don't worry. Go to the breast department of a regular hospital or the general surgery department for examination to determine the cause and then use medication.

What are the treatments?

The treatment of this disease is mainly medication, which can be treated with Chinese medicinal materials or Chinese herbal prescriptions, including soothing the liver and regulating qi, harmonizing Chong and Ren meridians, and regulating the ovaries. For localized cystic breast hyperplasia, a follow-up visit should be conducted within 1 week to 10 days after menstruation. If the lump becomes loose, smaller or disappears, observation and continued traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be given. If the lump does not disappear significantly, or if there are abnormal changes in the local disease during the observation process, molybdenum target positioning should be performed, and intervention drugs should be used for nanotube dissolution to control the further spread of the breast lump.

If there is atypical epithelial cell hyperplasia, the location of the lesion can be accurately selected by the examination equipment for minimally invasive surgery to remove it, or the mobile phone positioning system can be used to accurately select the disease and use nanotubes to dissolve the breast lumps. If there are high-risk factors such as breast cancer on the other side or a family history of breast cancer, and if the patient is old and the breast tissue hyperplasia around the lump is more obvious, a simple mastectomy can be performed. If none of the above conditions occur, intervention with nanotube drugs to dissolve breast lumps can be performed, followed by close follow-up.
