What to do if the egg cannot be released

The egg is a kind of reproductive cell discharged by women. If it cannot be discharged normally in life, it means that it cannot successfully combine with sperm, and of course pregnancy will become a difficult thing. In fact, many women in life are troubled by such problems, which may be related to ovarian dysfunction and pituitary secretion. So what should women do when the eggs cannot be discharged smoothly? You must know the following methods.

When is the egg released:

Generally speaking, a woman's ovulation day is about 14 days before the next menstrual period. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before ovulation, 4 days after ovulation, and the 10 days including the ovulation day the ovulation period. If your menstrual cycle is irregular, you can check whether you have ovulated by measuring your body temperature, cervical mucus, etc.

Reasons why women cannot ovulate include:

1. Hypothalamic dysfunction: Hypothalamic dysfunction leading to anovulation is due to abnormal input signals from the hypothalamus, which leads to a decrease in gonadotropin-releasing hormone. These include stress, anorexia nervosa, simple weight loss-induced amenorrhea, and amenorrhea caused by excessive exercise.

2. Ovarian dysfunction: A common disease that causes anovulation due to ovarian dysfunction is premature ovarian failure. Medically, patients who reach menopause before the age of 40 are called premature ovarian failure. The patient has normal menstruation in the early stage and even has a history of childbearing, but then the menstruation becomes infrequent until complete amenorrhea.

3. Pituitary problems: Common diseases that lead to abnormal ovulation due to pituitary problems include hyperprolactinemia, pituitary prolactinoma, and Sheehan syndrome. The above-introduced are some of the more common diseases that cause anovulation. In addition, women may also experience anovulation due to factors such as hypothalamic dysfunction. Therefore, women must pay attention to the details of life.

What to do if the egg cannot be released

1. Women’s failure to ovulate is often caused by endocrine disorders. Therefore, female friends should not stay up late, get enough rest, and exercise more to strengthen their bodies.

2. If the egg cannot be released, the first thing to do is to check whether the fallopian tube is blocked.

If you want to know whether the fallopian tubes are blocked, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a hysterosalpingography examination 3 to 7 days after the end of menstruation.

A commonly used method to detect whether the fallopian tubes are blocked is hysterosalpingography. This is an imaging examination in which contrast agent is injected into the uterine cavity through a catheter. The contrast agent then flows through the uterine cavity to the fallopian tube. The fallopian tube, an extremely thin muscular tube located in the abdominal cavity, is then clearly displayed under X-ray. It can not only clearly show the patency of the entire fallopian tube, but also very clearly show the location and nature of the fallopian tube blockage, which plays a definitive role in guiding the treatment of fallopian tube diseases. It can not only confirm the location of fallopian tube blockage, but also determine the nature of the blockage and whether the size and shape of the uterus are deformed. It is the preferred method for checking whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed.
