How to treat cervical cin lesions?

Most people are very familiar with some common cervical diseases, such as cervical erosion and cervicitis, but there are also some cervical diseases that are very unfamiliar to everyone, such as cervical cin lesions. There must be many people who don’t know about this disease. It is reported that some patients with cervical cin lesions will heal themselves, but no patient can be lucky. They need to go to the hospital for examination in time, and then cooperate with the doctor for active treatment. Common treatment methods are as follows.

First, treatment of cervical cin lesions

Different treatment methods can be selected according to the extent of the lesion and the degree of histological abnormality.

1. For patients with CIN grade Ⅰ, they can be treated as cervicitis, with follow-up visits and scraping examinations every 3-6 months.

2. For CIN grade II, electrocoagulation, freezing, laser, microwave and other methods can be used for treatment.

3. For patients with CIN grade III, radical hysterectomy is recommended. For those who wish to preserve their reproductive function, cervical cone resection can be performed.

Second, is cervical cin cancer? How to distinguish cervical cin from cervical cancer?

CIN is the abbreviation of "cervical intraepithelial neoplasia", which is a lesion that occurs before cervical cancer, so it is also called "cervical precancerous lesions". Cervical cin mainly occurs in women who have sexual life. Surveys show that 90% of cervical cin are infected with HPV. In addition, cervical cin is also closely related to bad living habits such as sexual disorder, premature sexual life, smoking, and alcoholism.

Generally speaking, cervical cin can be divided into three levels: 1, 2, and 3 according to the degree of lesions:

1. Cervical cin1

Cervical cin1 lesions are confined to the lower 1/3 of the epithelium. Strictly speaking, cervical cin is not a precancerous lesion of the cervix and generally will not develop into cancer. Most cin1 levels can regress naturally.

2. Cervical cin2

Cervical cin2 lesions are confined to 1/2 to 2/3 of the epithelium. Part of the affected epithelium may regress, while another part may develop into cin3.

3. Cervical cin3

Cervical CIN3 lesions involve almost the entire epithelial layer and are more likely to develop into cancer.

Is cervical cin cancer?

Cervical cancer is not cancer and can be treated. Cervical CIN is a precancerous lesion of invasive cervical cancer and cervical cancer. It is closely related to invasive cervical cancer and cervical cancer, and it reflects the development process of cervical cancer.

Cervical cancer is a gynecological malignancy and the only gynecological tumor that can be detected and prevented early through physical examinations. Therefore, as long as you pay attention to regular cervical screening, most cervical cancers can be detected and treated in the cervical cin stage.

From the above, we can see that various levels of cervical cin have the potential to develop into cancer, and the higher the level, the higher the probability of progression to cancer. Therefore, once cervical cancer is detected, it must be taken seriously to prevent it from progressing into cancer.

Third, is cervical lesion cin1 serious?

Cervical lesion cin1 is an early cervical lesion, so it is relatively mild at this time. When cervical lesion cin1 occurs, you can check for high-risk HPV. If it is positive, I personally recommend surgical treatment as soon as possible. If it is negative, you can temporarily do regular observation.

Patients with cervical lesions cin1 who need surgical treatment should avoid sexual intercourse within two months after the surgery. On the day after the surgery, you can do some daily activities appropriately, but do not do some strenuous exercise within three days after the surgery. Do not take a bath in a tub for one month. The vulva must be kept clean. Generally, it takes six to eight weeks to heal. Do not have sexual intercourse before the wound is completely healed. Flushing of the vagina should also be avoided. After the surgery, you should have a follow-up check every week to observe the healing situation. During the treatment and recovery period, you must do proper exercise, develop good living habits, and eat a reasonable diet to improve your immunity.
