1. Iron deficiency

3. Vitamin D deficiency

Among the population in China's large cities (over 20 years old), only 0.67% have normal vitamin D levels, while 21% are severely deficient. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. It is one of the three major hormones that regulate calcium metabolism. It can prevent and treat osteoporosis and rickets in children and is very important for bone health. Moreover, more and more research now confirms that its functions go far beyond these. Recent studies have confirmed that vitamin D deficiency is also related to common chronic diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, fatty liver, rheumatoid arthritis, oral diseases, and multiple sclerosis. Foods rich in vitamin D mainly include marine fish, animal liver, egg yolks, lean meat, etc.
