What to do if your breasts are big, soft and sagging

Big breasts, soft breasts and sagging breasts are problems that many women have. Of course, these are not normal problems, so after these problems occur, certain methods must be taken to improve this phenomenon. Of course, as long as the method is correct and can be persisted, these phenomena can be effectively improved. Below, we will introduce you to the improvement methods!

1. Towel chest expansion exercise

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, wrap a towel around your waist and hold your armpits tightly, cross your arms and stretch them inward, hold this position for 8 seconds, then relax and repeat 10 times.

The breast muscle tissue is divided into five parts: upper bundle, middle bundle, lower bundle, inner bundle and outer bundle. This towel chest expansion exercise can firm the chest, raise the chest line, deepen the cleavage and prevent sagging. If you have the guidance of a fitness coach, you can exercise according to your own situation.

2. Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy means rinsing the breasts with cold water every time you take a bath, after a hot shower or bath, because cold water can stimulate blood circulation, keep the blood vessels and tissue fibers of the breasts elastic, and thus make the skin tight.

When rinsing the breasts with cold water, it is best to flow the water from bottom to top: first along the legs, then up through the hands to the shoulders, then the abdomen, chest, buttocks and back. Use cold water to circle your abdomen, buttocks, and chest until you can no longer bear it. If you cannot rinse with cold water, at least you can do the following: After getting up, immediately wipe your body from bottom to top with a towel soaked in cold water, which still has some warmth from the bed. Adding a little vinegar to the water will have a better effect.

3. Choose a bra that fits you

After adulthood, breasts generally do not change much, but they will still change due to diet structure and physical condition (such as menstruation, pregnancy, etc.). You should always pay attention to changes in your breasts and choose a bra that fits you well. Wearing tight underwear for more than 18 hours will also affect the detoxification function of the armpit lymph nodes, which is harmful to your health.

Method: Have bras with different cup sizes available at the same time, and wear the appropriate bra as your breasts change (a well-fitting bra will not dig into your shoulders or leave marks on your chest). When you get home, you can loosen your bra and massage the lymph nodes under your armpits.
