Everyone knows the importance of breast health to women, so women should learn to protect their breasts. For example, they must choose appropriate underwear and exercise regularly to strengthen their bodies. In addition, women need to have regular breast examinations. Doing these things well can greatly reduce the probability of breast hyperplasia. So what are the current treatments for breast hyperplasia? First, massage method Use the hypothenar part of your right hand to push from the swelling of the breast along the base of the breast toward the nipple with high-speed oscillations, and repeat 3 to 5 times. The effect is better when a slight warm sensation appears locally. The patient sits or lies on his side to fully expose the chest. First, sprinkle some talcum powder or apply a little paraffin oil on the affected breast, and then use the palms of both hands to gently push and stroke along the breast along the milk duct toward the nipple 50 to 100 times. Use the hypothenar or thenar eminence of your palm to apply pressure to the affected area, and gently knead the red, swollen and painful areas. If there are lumps, knead them repeatedly several times until the lumps become soft. Use the five fingers of your right hand to grab the affected breast and apply kneading techniques, grabbing and releasing, and repeat the procedure 10 to 15 times. Use your left hand to gently pull the nipple several times to expand the milk ducts in the nipple. This method is only used as an auxiliary treatment and can relieve the pain of breast hyperplasia, but cannot cure breast hyperplasia. Moreover, breast hyperplasia is mainly characterized by periodic breast pain, and it may become cancerous at any time. Second, hormone therapy What causes breast hyperplasia? Breast hyperplasia is common in women of childbearing age and is caused by an imbalance in estrogen secretion. Androgens are used to treat this disease to inhibit the effects of estrogen, soften nodules, and relieve symptoms; however, this treatment may aggravate the imbalance of hormones in the human body and is not suitable for routine use. It should only be considered when the symptoms are severe and affect normal work and life. Third, surgical treatment The most direct and fastest way to achieve results is to have surgery, but the risks of surgery are high and the recurrence is easy. Especially minimally invasive surgery is prone to leaving some lesions and the recovery after surgery is slow. The trauma of the surgery will not only leave scars, but also incur high costs, which brings a heavy psychological burden. Fourth, drug treatment Traditional conventional treatment is to use drugs to treat breast hyperplasia, but it is difficult to achieve the desired effect by relying solely on drugs. Due to the special structure of the breast, it is difficult for drugs to be transported through the blood to reach the lesions. Moreover, oral medications often require long-term persistence, which many people find difficult to do, so there will be poor treatment effects and repeated symptoms. Therefore, drug treatment is the best option for the treatment of non-fibroid hyperplasia. |
