What are the causes of female infertility?

No matter which woman it is, it is very important to have normal reproductive function. However, in real life, many women suffer from infertility. They may not be able to get pregnant successfully after trying many methods. This has a great impact on women's entire life, such as affecting their marriage and family. Therefore, once infertility occurs, you should go to the hospital for examination in time, find the cause and treat it symptomatically. The common causes are as follows.

First, ovulation disorder:

Obstetrician and gynecologist Guo Yanyan introduced that women's normal pregnancy is inseparable from eggs. Female ovulation disorder is the most common cause of female infertility. It is because there are no normal and healthy eggs released from the ovaries in the body, which can lead to female infertility. When a woman has ovulation disorders, sometimes there will be no ovulation at all, or there will be very few ovulations, or irregular ovulation. Clinically, there will be symptoms such as amenorrhea or irregular menstruation. It will cause polycystic ovary syndrome, and the ovulation function caused by abnormal hormone secretion in the body will lead to infertility.

Second, fallopian tube dysfunction:

Normally, a woman's eggs are discharged from the ovaries. When the eggs are discharged from the ovaries, they will reach the fallopian tubes and will be transported to the uterine cavity with the movement of the body. The egg and sperm will interact in the ampulla of the fallopian tube to form a fertilized egg. After fertilization, the fertilized egg will further divide. Therefore, when there are abnormalities in the fallopian tubes, such as hydrosalpinx, salpingitis, fallopian tube adhesions, and fallopian tube blockage, the fallopian tubes will not be able to transport eggs and sperm normally, which will cause female infertility.

Third, endocrine disorders:

Endocrine disorders can also cause ovulation disorders in women. Endocrine conditions can lead to abnormalities in the fallopian tubes, amenorrhea, polycystic ovary syndrome, hirsutism, virilization, hyperprolactinemia, luteal insufficiency, functional bleeding, bleeding during ovulation, ovarian insufficiency, premature ovarian failure and a series of other phenomena that will affect women's normal fertility.

Fourth, immune factors:

This situation of immune factors may occur to both husband and wife. Women will have anti-sperm antibodies in their cervical mucus, which will affect the normal survival rate of sperm, the normal movement of sperm, and cause infertility.

Fifth, vulva and vagina factors:

Congenital malformations such as hymen occlusion, vaginal septum, and congenital absence of vagina hinder sexual life; in severe vaginal inflammation, a large number of white blood cells consume the energy substances in semen, reduce sperm motility, shorten their survival time and affect conception.

There are many reasons that lead to female infertility. Experts remind that if you encounter health problems in life, you should not only pay great attention to them, but it is best to go to the hospital for a physical examination to ensure that your body is in the best and best condition.
