9. 20 grams of mugwort leaves, 10 grams of coarse salt, and 5 grams of Sophora flavescens. Wash the mugwort leaves and soak them in cold water for half an hour, then tear them into pieces and put them in the pot. Wash the Sophora flavescens, cut it into small pieces and pour it into the pot and boil it together. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes after boiling and add coarse salt before turning off the heat. Add a small amount of cold water and lower the water temperature to about 50℃, or wait for the water to cool to this temperature before starting to soak your feet for about 20 minutes.

10. Take a small amount of salt and dip it in water. After the salt gradually becomes wet, apply it to your feet. Slowly massage your feet, especially the skin on the soles of your feet. Be careful not to rub over a large area. Finally, wash it off with water. After one week of use, you can see obvious improvement.

11. 10 grams of alum, 10 grams of coarse salt, and appropriate amount of glycerin. Dissolve alum into the boiled foot washing water, then add an equal amount of coarse salt and stir evenly. Add a small amount of cold water and lower the water temperature to about 50℃, or wait for the water to cool to this temperature before starting to soak your feet for 10 minutes. Change the water, wash your feet and dry them. Then apply a layer of glycerin or foot cream on your feet.

12. Vinegar has a good bactericidal effect and can relax muscles and promote blood circulation. Washing your feet with vinegar frequently can help kill bacteria such as athlete's foot on the soles of the feet. If you persist, it can effectively reduce sweating on the soles of your feet.
