Are there any signs of an empty sac during pregnancy?

Female friends can use B-ultrasound to see the development of the gestational sac and fetus 42 days after pregnancy. However, if the quality of the follicles and sperm is poor, it can easily cause an empty sac, and symptoms such as no fetal heartbeat, fetal bud, and vaginal bleeding will appear. Generally, it will lead to spontaneous abortion, and may also require uterine curettage.

1. Causes of Empty Gestational Sac During Pregnancy

An empty gestational sac during pregnancy means that the embryo has not developed normally, which means that conception cannot occur normally. There are many reasons for an empty gestational sac during pregnancy.

Poor sperm quality and environmental factors can affect embryonic development. Sometimes a late fertilized egg will result in an empty gestational sac. If you check the B-ultrasound again after a week, you may be pregnant. An empty gestational sac usually leads to spontaneous abortion.

Experts say that chromosomal abnormalities are the main cause of empty gestational sac. Chromosomes are composed of DNA and proteins. Most genes are located in the DNA of chromosomes. In layman's terms, this is chromosomal dysplasia. Chromosomes are the carriers of genes, so abnormal gene expression will lead to abnormal development of the body, and an empty gestational sac will also occur after conception. An empty sac simply means that the fetus has stopped developing. If you want to know whether the fetus is developing normally, it is recommended to go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination.

There are many reasons for empty sac during pregnancy. It may be a problem with the mother or a problem with the development of the fetus.

2. What are the symptoms of an empty gestational sac during pregnancy?

1. There are three types of empty sac phenomena: only empty sac, yolk sac, and a little bit of embryo bud.

2. If there is no fetal bud or fetal heartbeat after 60 days of pregnancy, the sac can basically be considered an empty sac, and the hope of pregnancy is not very high even if you are waiting.

3. It is very easy to conceive, with a very high success rate in one month. (Of course, it does not rule out the possibility that some sisters may not be able to conceive)

4. The empty gestational sac continues to grow during pregnancy, so some sisters have strong reactions during pregnancy, while some sisters have no pregnancy reactions. Note: The presence of a reaction does not prove that the cyst is not empty.

5. During pregnancy, all levels of hcg, progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin were normal, and the doubling of hcg was also very good, but the cyst was still empty. Note: A good value does not mean that the cyst is not empty.

6. Some sisters with empty sacs do not experience bleeding during pregnancy, while others do experience bleeding in dark brown or bright red color. These cannot prove that you do not have empty sacs.

7. If the value is not good, it is more proof that the embryo itself is not good. No matter how you try to protect the fetus, it will be useless and the gestational sac will only get bigger and bigger.
