How to check fallopian tube adhesion

How to check fallopian tube adhesion

Fallopian tube adhesion is very harmful to women and can easily lead to female infertility or even ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, you must go to the hospital for scientific examination in time. There are many ways to check. The more common ones are laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, fallopian tube permeability test, salpingography and fallopian tube endoscopy, etc. Only after a good examination can the right treatment be given.

1. Hysterosalpingography: Hysterosalpingography is currently the best way to check whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed. The examination is carried out under the full control of a computer, and the morphology of the cervix, uterus and bilateral fallopian tubes when the contrast agent fills the cervix, uterus and bilateral fallopian tubes is observed. At the same time, the film leaves a record to understand whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed, the site of fallopian tube obstruction, and the morphology of the uterus and fallopian tubes. It still has an irreplaceable role in clinical applications.

2. Fallopian tube endoscopy: It is an endoscopic examination instrument that performs microscopic examination of the internal structure of the fallopian tube lumen. The fallopian tube endoscopy can directly observe local microscopic lesions inside the fallopian tube lumen, such as lesions of the fallopian tube mucosa and fallopian tube cilia immobility syndrome. It is only used as an endoscopic examination to exclude abnormalities in the internal structure and function of the fallopian tube lumen.

3. Laparoscopic examination: Laparoscopy can not only detect fallopian tube blockage, but also provide treatment when lesions are detected. It combines the functions of examination and treatment in one, and its safety is very high. Therefore, the cost of laparoscopic examination for fallopian tube blockage is relatively high.

4. Hysteroscopy: It is mainly used to understand the internal conditions of the uterine cavity, especially the opening of the fallopian tube. At the same time, it can be used to insert a tube and pass fluid to determine whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed, but it cannot determine the location and degree of blockage of the fallopian tube, because the fallopian tube is a tubular structure extending from the uterus.

5. Hydrotubation: Hydrotubation has been abandoned by the World Health Organization because it is a blind procedure. The specific progress of the injected fluid in the patient's body cannot be seen at all, the location and nature of the fallopian tube obstruction cannot be determined, and there is a risk of fallopian tube rupture and massive bleeding.
