Second: A hair may stick out from the top of the pustule (if there is pus, a small white dot may appear on the top of the pustule). Sometimes one hair follicle is infected, sometimes multiple. If the inflammation gets worse, the infected hair follicles may form boils.

Folliculitis is a skin disease that everyone may have. It often occurs on the head, face, limbs, neck, buttocks, perineum, etc., but folliculitis is not a sexually transmitted disease. The course of vulvar folliculitis is mostly chronic, stubborn, and difficult to cure, requiring timely treatment.
