What to do if you have belly button pain and uterine cold

Women often have uterine coldness due to their congenital constitution or bad living habits, which often leads to lower abdominal distension, belly button pain and other symptoms. At this time, timely conditioning is needed to avoid greater impact on health. There are many ways to condition the body, such as cupping therapy, strengthening diet conditioning, maintaining adequate rest, etc., especially to prevent colds.

Cupping therapy. For persistent uterine cold, cupping can be used for conditioning, and the effect is very good. Cupping can force out the toxins in the body, relieving the pain of uterine cold without any side effects. Cupping is mainly performed on the back opposite the waist and abdomen, extending downward to the vicinity of the coccyx. Each cupping session should last 20-25 minutes, twice a day, for 3 consecutive days can significantly alleviate the symptoms of uterine cold.

Use a small solar heater to roast your waist and abdomen. When the uterine cold is more serious, you can use a heater (500W) on a low setting to warm your waist and abdomen back and forth. Pay attention to the distance so that you don't feel hot, and don't be too far or too close.

Avoid eating raw, cold, and spicy foods. If you have symptoms of uterine cold, you must not eat raw or cold food, including some cold vegetables and fruits. Also avoid spicy food to avoid aggravating the symptoms. It is best to eat more soups that warm the body, such as millet porridge, mutton soup, etc. Eat more cold-dispelling and warming foods such as jujube, water chestnut, longan, lychee, etc.

Lamb Soup

Drink motherwort + brown sugar + ginger. Drink it twice a day, morning and evening, and take it for about 5 days, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of uterine cold. It can also regulate menstruation and replenish qi and blood.

Keep your abdomen warm and apply hot compresses with a hot water bottle frequently. Be sure to cover your abdomen when you sleep at night, even in the hot summer, because it will still be a little cold in the middle of the night. Don't forget to cover your stomach with a towel. Only by developing the good habit of keeping the abdomen warm can you avoid the invasion of uterine cold. It is best to fill a hot water bag and place it on your abdomen for 20 minutes before going to bed every day. This is very helpful in treating uterine cold.
