How to treat cervicitis

1. Diet therapy

(1) Wrap 9 grams of lentil flowers and 12 grams of Chinese toon bark in gauze, add 200 ml of water, boil and extract 150 ml. Drink in divided doses. It usually takes one week to take effect.

(2) Put 30 grams of fresh silkworm excrement (wrapped in cloth) and 30 grams of Job’s tears into a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil it. Take it once a day for 5 to 7 days.

(3) 6g of deer antler, 30g of ginkgo nuts, 30g of Chinese yam, and 1 pig bladder. First clean the pig bladder, crush all the medicines, put them into the pig bladder, tie the bladder opening tightly, simmer over low heat until cooked, add a little salt to season, and take the medicine, meat, and soup together. (4) Take 30g of Eucommia ulmoides (wrapped in cloth) and 30-60g of polished rice and cook them into porridge. Remove the residue and eat the porridge. Take 1 dose per day, for 7 to 8 consecutive doses.

2. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment

(1) Symptoms of damp-heat: excessive vaginal discharge that is yellowish-white, purulent, or bloody. Painful intercourse or vaginal bleeding after intercourse. Lower back pain, abdominal distension, or frequent and painful urination, vaginal itching, bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat. The tongue is red with yellow and greasy coating, and the pulse is stringy and slippery. Chinese patent medicine: ① Fuyanping Capsule, 4 to 6 capsules each time, twice a day, with warm water. ② Uterus Pills, 9 grams each time, 3 times a day, with warm water after meals.

(2) Symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency: excessive and thin vaginal discharge, loss of appetite, fatigue, soreness of waist and knees, dull complexion, or loose stools. The tongue is pale with white or greasy coating, and the pulse is soft and slow. Chinese patent medicine: ① Zhidai Pills, 3-6 grams each time, 2-3 times a day, with warm water after meals. ②Rongkun Pills, 6 grams each time, 3 times a day, with warm water.

3. Life care

2 to 3 days after treatment, a large amount of bloody or yellow watery secretions will be discharged from the vagina, and sanitary napkins are often needed. This usually stops in about 3 weeks. When excessive vaginal secretions irritate the vulva and cause local discomfort, you can use warm water or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution to clean the vulva once in the morning and once in the evening. Usually wear cotton underwear and change it frequently to keep the vulva clean. Abstain from sexual intercourse for 1 to 2 months. Do not swim in the swimming pool.
