How to determine if it is menopause

After women enter menopause, they will show some symptoms. These symptoms can be used to basically determine whether they have reached menopause. After entering menopause, menstruation will become irregular, and symptoms such as hot flashes and sweating will often occur. Sometimes there will be symptoms of frequent urination and urgency. They are easily nervous and sensitive to things. They often have wild thoughts and may also cause some other symptoms.

1. Physiological symptoms: Early symptoms include amenorrhea, irregular menstruation, atrophic vaginitis, hot flashes with sweating, and increased blood pressure;

2. Frequent urination and urgency: vulvar and vaginal atrophy, dryness, genital pain, vulvar pain and itching, frequent urination, urgency, incontinence in the bladder and urethra, relaxation of the uterine pelvic floor, prolapse of the uterus and vagina, and dryness and loss of elasticity of the skin, hair and mucous membranes; cardiovascular angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, prone to fractures, low back pain, loose and sagging breasts.

3. Mental stress: Neurological symptoms include fatigue, headache, dizziness, irritability, anxiety, depression, insomnia, lack of concentration or indifference, tension or anxiety, and mood swings.

4. Being overly sensitive: Forcefully associating some unpleasant events happening around you with yourself and believing everything you hear. When I hear that someone my age has cancer, I immediately think that I might suffer the same fate.

5. Wild thoughts: At home, when the child comes home late from school, one will wonder if there was a car accident on the road; when someone of the same sex calls home or the spouse comes home late, one will wonder if there is a third party.

6. Hypertension (blood pressure food) disease: Increased blood pressure is a common manifestation of menopause in women. Under normal circumstances, blood pressure fluctuates greatly during the day, and blood pressure usually returns to normal after sleeping. It is often accompanied by hot flashes, sweating, etc. There are no changes in fundus and electrocardiogram examinations. The blood pressure of hypertension usually rises continuously, with both diastolic and systolic pressure exceeding normal levels, and is often accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness and palpitations. Organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys are all harmed to a certain extent.
