7. Exercise regularly

10. Rinse your mouth with mouthwash every day

Mouthwash with bactericidal effect can wash away particles on the surface of teeth and between gaps, while also cleaning the gums; preventing teeth from yellowing and various oral diseases.

11. Eat green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables that are high in dietary fiber (such as spinach, lettuce, and broccoli) help clean your mouth, prevent plaque from forming on tooth enamel, and improve your skin tone.
