What causes lower back pain and leucorrhea with blood?

6. Endometrial cancer. The clinical manifestations are irregular bleeding, with the amount of bleeding varying from time to time. Premenopausal women may have heavy menstrual flow and prolonged duration, while postmenopausal women may experience postmenopausal bleeding.

7. Ovulation bleeding: Mid-menstrual bleeding (leucorrhea with blood) refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain.

Leucorrhea with blood can be divided into two types: physiological leucorrhea with blood and pathological leucorrhea with blood. Physiological leucorrhea with blood usually manifests as ovulation bleeding, which is normal. In addition, there is pathological leucorrhea, which is generally caused by gynecological diseases.
