1. In the case of swollen and painful gums, you can gargle with concentrated salt water every morning to reduce inflammation. Do not add sugar when drinking soy milk. Adding some salt to the soy milk has the effect of cooling down and reducing fire, and can relieve swelling and pain.

2. When you have swollen and painful gums, you can brush your teeth on time in the morning and evening, and brush your teeth after meals or rinse your mouth with salt water to reduce bacterial growth and relieve inflammation. It is best to use warm water when brushing your teeth to reduce irritation to the affected area.

3. When you have swollen and painful gums, you can eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat more porridge and soups that can reduce internal heat. For example, when you cook porridge at night, you can put some coix seed and white radish slices in the soup.

4.
