Will it be painful to open the fallopian tubes?

In today's life, many women are easily affected by the problem of fallopian tube blockage, so they need to pay attention to unblocking the fallopian tubes. If they plan to have a fallopian tube unblocking operation, they should communicate more with the doctor. Generally, the operation will not cause her pain.

1. Many women are afraid of the pain during the operation before they plan to have surgery to clear the fallopian tubes. In fact, women don’t need to be afraid at all. Experts say that because the nerves of the fallopian tubes are distributed in the muscular layer, and there are very few in the mucosal layer of the fallopian tubes, the mucosal layer is not sensitive to pain, so the operation will not cause much pain to women.

2. The fallopian tube is insulated by injecting methylene blue solution or normal saline into the uterine cavity from the cervix. Then it flows into the fallopian tube from the uterine cavity. The resistance when the medicine is injected and the reflux of the liquid are used to determine whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed. Through a certain pressure of the liquid, the obstructed fallopian tube is restored to patency. Fallopian tube insufflation generally does not cause obvious pain to the patient.

3. When the liquid is pushed in, female patients will feel soreness and distension in the lower abdomen. And when the uterus is dilated, female patients will feel pain and tearing sensation.

4. Among female infertility, infertility caused by fallopian tube factors accounts for 25%-50%. In recent years, due to the influence of artificial abortion and other artificial surgeries, the proportion of fallopian tube infertility has continued to increase.
