(6) Boil half a bowl of lotus root juice and 3 red cockscombs in water, add brown sugar and drink twice a day.

(7) 250 grams of white lentils. Fry the white lentils until they turn yellow, grind them into powder, and take 6 grams twice a day with rice soup.

(8) The diet for gynecological inflammation should be light. It is not advisable to eat irritating foods such as mutton, shrimp, crab, eel, salted fish, black fish, etc., as well as spicy foods and drinks such as chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, raw onions, raw garlic, and white wine.

(9) Eat more vegetables and fruits on a daily basis, such as lean meat, chicken, eggs, winter melon, mushrooms, tofu, kelp, seaweed, quail eggs, crucian carp, celery, spinach, cucumber, turtle, white fish, cabbage, asparagus, etc.
