Symptoms of irregular menstruation, 4 criteria for judgment

Most women experience irregular menstruation, especially married women with children. Irregular menstruation can be manifested in the menstrual cycle, changes in menstrual volume, delayed or early menstruation, and more or less menstrual volume. Common causes of irregular menstruation include endocrine disorders and multiple artificial abortions.

Judgment criterion 1: Menstrual cycle From the beginning of this menstruation to the beginning of the next menstruation, it is a complete menstrual cycle. Theoretically, the menstrual cycle is 28 to 30 days, and fluctuations of one week before and after are normal.

Judgment criterion 2: Duration of menstruation As long as it is between 2 and 7 days, there is no problem. If it is less than 2 days, it is a short period; if it is more than 7 days, it is a prolonged period. These two situations indicate menstrual disorders.

Judgment criterion three: Menstrual volume. It is normal for the amount of menstrual blood to be between 20 and 100 ml in one cycle. If three packs of 10 sanitary napkins are not enough every time you have your period, and your sanitary napkin becomes soaked within half an hour after you change it, or even has blood flowing down your legs, it can basically be determined that you have excessive menstrual flow.

Judgment standard four: The color of menstrual blood is dark red or reddish brown on the first day, and turns bright red in the middle period. If the menstrual blood is black or light red, it is abnormal.
