What is the reason why the follicles do not grow?

If the follicles fail to grow, they cannot mature and will not rupture to ovulate. In fact, this is a phenomenon of follicular hypoplasia. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, follicular hypoplasia is closely related to endocrine abnormalities, especially kidney deficiency, uterine coldness or ovarian dysfunction, which will cause the follicles to fail to grow.

1. The failure of follicles to grow is also called follicular hypoplasia, which means that ovulation cannot occur normally or the quality of the eggs discharged is poor, which will affect normal conception and fertility. Because only when the follicles are fully developed can they function properly. The eggs released will be mature and healthy. That is, the normal egg released by the dominant follicle.

2 If the follicles are underdeveloped, forcibly using ovulation-inducing drugs in a short period of time to force ovulation, although the eggs can still be released, they are immature and therefore cannot lead to normal conception. Even if the sperm and egg combine, miscarriage, stillbirth, etc. are likely to occur.

3. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, poor follicular development is often related to endocrine abnormalities. The main symptoms are kidney deficiency, cold uterus, lack of warmth and qi in the uterus and uterine vessels, and insufficient nourishment. This leads to poor ovarian function and poor follicular development, resulting in the above-mentioned situation. For such patients, they should try to avoid eating raw, cold, spicy, dry and greasy foods, which can easily deplete the essence and blood. They should eat some warm, mild and nourishing foods appropriately.

4. Maintaining a balanced and happy mood is extremely important. A good mentality plays a direct role in regulating a woman's own reproductive endocrine system and is extremely important. The treatment of this disease mainly focuses on directly stimulating the ovaries and other reproductive systems, restoring the normal function of the ovaries, and promoting the development and maturation of follicles.

5. Restore normal regular ovulation. Normal menstruation (including menstrual cycle, period, menstrual volume, menstrual color, and menstrual quality) has returned to normal. This fundamentally reflects the normal reproductive function of women. Conception and childbirth are natural things.
