Dark inner thighs after giving birth

There are many factors that cause the thigh root to turn dark. You need to carefully observe the shape of the inside and the main symptoms to determine what the disease is. If the inside is simply pigmented, without any positive symptoms, and the texture feels the same as normal skin when touched, you can ignore it. Because the thigh root belongs to the private part, the color of this part will be slightly darker than normal skin color after being adjusted by the body's hormones, which is normal. If the skin inside the thigh root turns dark with keratinization-like changes, it is possible that it is keratinization caused by long-term friction and stimulation.

If you want to improve the symptoms, it is recommended to lose weight and apply spinulose lactobacillus ointment or sodium salicylate ointment on the local area to eliminate keratinized and darkened skin. If the inside of the thigh root is not only black but also accompanied by obvious itching, clear white flakes can be seen on it, there is a slight protrusion on the skin when the edge is touched hard, and there is a depression in the middle, it is considered that it may be tinea cruris caused by bacterial infection. It is recommended to take terbinafine tablets orally and apply sodium cyanocbate miconazole cream externally.

The black inner thighs mainly consider the following reasons:

1. Caused by obesity: According to clinical observation, most of these patients are obese. Fat people have small skin gaps at the thigh root, and often rub to produce friction melanosis, resulting in black appearance on the inner thigh.

2. Skin fungal infection: Some patients have eczema at the base of their thighs, and melanin deposits will remain on the skin after the inflammation subsides;

3. Bacterial infection: For example, some patients may develop tinea cruris at the groin and may also experience inflammation; erythema, small blisters, and desquamation may appear on the skin, and after the skin disappears, pigmentation may reappear.

All three of these conditions can cause gray-black discoloration at the base of the thigh, and the original disease should be actively treated.
