How to prevent gestational sac bleeding

How to prevent gestational sac bleeding

The gestational sac appears in the early stages of pregnancy, when it has not yet formed. If the gestational sac bleeds, pregnant women need to pay special attention, otherwise it may lead to miscarriage. Pregnant women should also pay attention to preventing gestational sac bleeding in their daily lives, so they must understand the relevant matters. The following will introduce how to prevent gestational sac bleeding?

1. Pregnant women should quit smoking and drinking.

It is currently known that tobacco contains more than 1,200 harmful substances, among which nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, etc. are the most harmful to the human body. The harm of passive smoking is even greater. Husbands should not smoke indoors, and pregnant women should avoid staying in a smoky environment for a long time. Drinking alcohol has adverse effects on the fetus.

2. Pregnant women are not allowed to keep pets.

According to investigations by medical experts, some cats, dogs, poultry and other animals are infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Toxoplasma gondii can cause toxoplasmosis, which is a zoonotic disease; if a pregnant woman is infected, there is about a 30-40% chance that the infection will be passed on to the fetus. Toxoplasma infection is divided into latent and dominant. Sometimes, although pregnant women have no symptoms, Toxoplasma can infect the fetus through the placenta, causing miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth or multiple malformations, such as fetal hydrocephalus, brain calcification, decreased vision and hearing, and may also cause neonatal pneumonia, hepatosplenomegaly, jaundice and cognitive impairment. Therefore, pregnant women should stay away from pets, and it is best for women not to come into contact with pets during pregnancy.

3. Be careful when sleeping with an electric blanket when the weather is cold.

Scientists believe that when people use electric blankets, due to the capacitance between the human body and the electric blanket, even if the insulation resistance of the electric blanket is completely qualified, an induced voltage of 40 to 70 volts will be generated and act on the human body, and the current intensity will be 15 microamperes. Although this current is small, because the electric blanket is close to the pregnant woman's body, it may pose a potential risk to the developing fetus. Pregnant women who use electric blankets in the first three months of pregnancy have a very high rate of spontaneous abortion. The correct way to use it is to preheat it for half an hour before using it, turn off the switch and unplug the power plug before going to bed.
