3. Treat abdominal pain after childbirth

Take 50 grams of motherwort, 30 grams of ginger, 20 grams of jujube and 15 grams of brown sugar, decocted in water. One dose per day.

There is no clear statement about the contraindications of motherwort honey, and no side effects have been found so far. However, it is understood that pregnant women are not suitable for drinking honey. Honey promotes blood flow and may cause miscarriage. Therefore, pregnant women cannot drink motherwort honey. What everyone needs to pay attention to is the way to consume motherwort honey: once in the morning and evening every day, 20-30 grams each time, drink with warm water or eat directly. It is not suitable to take it with hot water to avoid destroying the nutrients.
