Ingredients: 350 grams of fresh hairtail, 400 grams of raw papaya, appropriate amounts of onion, ginger slices, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, rice wine and MSG.

Preparation method:

1. Kill and clean the hairtail fish, then cut into sections. Wash the raw papaya, peel and remove the core, then cut into pieces.

2. Put the pot on the fire, add appropriate amount of water, put in hairtail, papaya pieces, onion, ginger slices, vinegar, salt, soy sauce and rice wine.
