(4) Insist on morning exercise, which may include Tai Chi, Qigong, Tai Chi sword, strong exercises, radio gymnastics, etc. In the morning, do chest expansion exercises, deep breathing exercises and running, etc. This is suitable for women with menopausal syndrome.

(5) Pay attention to rest, ensure adequate sleep, avoid overwork, and combine work and rest; arrange your daily life regularly, and insist on proper physical exercise and labor to improve the body's blood circulation and maintain the stability of the nervous system.

(6) Women who seek advice about symptoms of menopausal amenorrhea should be careful to avoid negative stimulation mentally, reduce the tension caused by work pressure, learn to relax, and keep a good mood.
