What to do about menopausal amenorrhea? Women can do this!

The most direct manifestation of menopause for women is amenorrhea, which is a direct reflection of the decline of women's health. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job of health preservation. Women at this stage need to adjust their emotions, develop the habit of exercising, and have a healthy and reasonable diet.

(1) Give full understanding, sympathy and care to women with menopausal amenorrhea, show concern and care for their lives, do everything possible to comfort them, eliminate their tension, understand the causes of menopausal amenorrhea symptoms, and make them understand that menopausal symptoms are not terrible.

(2) Improve your diet by eating more soy products, fresh vegetables and fruits, maintaining a daily calorie intake of around 2000 kcal (8668 kj), eating less sugar and fatty foods, and especially limiting the intake of animal fat and fatty meat. If you have poor appetite and dislike greasy food, use red dates, longan and brown sugar and drink it with soup. You can also use red dates and red beans to make porridge and drink it for 10 to 14 days.

(3) Take vitamins regularly, such as Gold Vita, 1 tablet 1 to 4 times a day; vitamin B6, 20 mg 3 times a day; vitamin E, 50 to 100 mg 3 times a day.

(4) Insist on morning exercise, which may include Tai Chi, Qigong, Tai Chi sword, strong exercises, radio gymnastics, etc. In the morning, do chest expansion exercises, deep breathing exercises and running, etc. This is suitable for women with menopausal syndrome.

(5) Pay attention to rest, ensure adequate sleep, avoid overwork, and combine work and rest; arrange your daily life regularly, and insist on proper physical exercise and labor to improve the body's blood circulation and maintain the stability of the nervous system.

(6) Women who seek advice about symptoms of menopausal amenorrhea should be careful to avoid negative stimulation mentally, reduce the tension caused by work pressure, learn to relax, and keep a good mood.
