What to eat during menopause night sweats? Don’t miss these foods!

If a woman experiences night sweats during menopause, her body is likely to be deficient in vitamins, so she should supplement vitamins as soon as possible. There are many ways to do this, such as eating more carrots, seafood, etc. In addition, there are many delicious foods that specifically treat menopausal night sweats.

1. Vitamin supplementation is also very important for menopausal night sweats. Our human body cannot synthesize vitamins on its own, so we can only supplement vitamins through food intake. Such as: carrots, liver, whole grains, yeast, eggs, sesame seeds, seafood, etc. Lotus seeds are mild in nature, sweet and astringent in taste, and are beneficial to the kidney, nourishing the heart, and replenishing the spleen. Lotus seeds connect the heart and kidneys, thicken the intestines and stomach, consolidate the essence and qi, strengthen the tendons and bones, replenish deficiency, and benefit the ears and eyes. They are suitable for women in menopause who are restless, irritable, and suffer from insomnia, or who have frequent dreams at night, and who are weak and sweating. Also pay more attention to supplementing foods containing minerals. Such as bone soup, tofu, liver, red meat, pig blood, seaweed, beans, nuts, etc. At work, combine work and rest, and take breaks actively. When arranging work, working hours should be appropriately limited. Continuous work should not be allowed, excessive stress should not be applied, and the labor intensity should not be too high.

2. 6 grams of bird's nest, 9 grams of white fungus, and appropriate amount of ice water. Soak the bird's nest and white fungus in hot water, pick and wash them, add rock sugar, stew them in water and serve. Take once in the morning and once in the evening for 10 to 15 days.

3. 1000 grams of fresh lily, 500 grams of lotus root powder, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the lilies, dry them in the sun or in an oven, grind them into powder, put them into a bottle and cover it tightly for later use. Take 1 spoon each of lily powder and lotus root powder, add 2-3 spoons of cold water to make a thin starch, then brew with boiling water, add sugar and mix well. Take twice a day for 1 month.

4. 300 grams of fresh lily, 1 female duck (about 1500 grams), appropriate amounts of rice wine, fine salt and white wine. Kill the living duck, wash it, put the washed lilies into the duck's internal organs, pour 2 spoons of rice wine on it, sprinkle 1 spoon of fine salt on it, finally bend the duck's head into the belly, tie the duck's body tightly with white thread, and steam it over high heat until the duck meat is tender. Take on an empty stomach before meals, 1 small bowl each time, twice a day.
