There are so many dangers of amenorrhea!

After women reach menopause, their bodies no longer secrete estrogen and no longer ovulate, entering the standard menopause. This is the most direct impact. In fact, menopause will bring more disadvantages to women, such as being more susceptible to high blood pressure, increased cholesterol levels, etc.

1. Osteoporosis and hypertension

Amenorrhea can cause a series of menopausal symptoms in women, and can cause osteoporosis and limb weakness in women after menopause. Due to the increase in triglycerides, cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein, it is also easy to cause arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease and hypertension.

2. Decreased sexual desire

Amenorrhea is a common gynecological symptom that has adverse effects on the patient's body. It can cause uterine atrophy or physiological dysfunction, such as pain during intercourse, decreased secretions, and decreased libido.

3. Accelerated aging

If amenorrhea is caused by premature ovarian failure, it will accelerate women's aging, and will also cause some cardiovascular diseases and symptoms such as decreased sleep quality, painful urination, and frequent urination.

Blind dieting can lead to amenorrhea in women of childbearing age, cause endocrine disorders, atrophy of reproductive organs, and affect reproductive function. Therefore, women with premature amenorrhea need timely treatment.

4. Infertility

Women with amenorrhea should first determine the extent of premature amenorrhea in order to induce ovulation and enable pregnancy. Patients with mild amenorrhea may experience ovulatory cycles. Patients with moderate amenorrhea have extremely low estrogen levels in their bodies, there are no proliferative changes in the endometrium, and the follicles basically do not develop, ultimately causing female infertility.

1. For anorexia patients with amenorrhea, estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy should be carried out under the guidance of a gynecological endocrinologist, and the ratio of androgen to estrogen and normal metabolism should be gradually restored on the basis of increasing adipose tissue.

2. When a woman experiences amenorrhea, she should correct the fishy smell, change her previous bad habits, eat more food, and slightly increase her weight.

3. Antidepressant drugs can be used for treatment at appropriate times. Patients with severe malnutrition should actively adopt nutritional support plans and be hospitalized if necessary.

4. Conduct psychological treatment at the same time to relieve psychological stress. Among them, the care of family members is particularly important.
