What to eat for postpartum sweating? Five recipes for you to choose from

Female friends are more likely to experience sweating after childbirth. For this phenomenon, we can adjust our diet. Soup such as astragalus and longan mutton soup, ginseng pigeon soup, loach soup, and mutton tripe porridge are all very effective.

(1) Astragalus, Longan and Lamb Soup : 15 grams of Astragalus, 90 grams of lamb, 10 grams of longan meat, and 15 grams of yam. Boil the mutton in boiling water for a while, take it out and soak it in cold water to remove the mutton smell; boil the water in a casserole, put in the mutton and three herbs to cook the soup. Season the dish well when eating and you can drink the soup and eat the meat.

(2) Ginseng pigeon soup : 5 grams of Korean ginseng, 1 baby pigeon. Remove the hair and internal organs of the pigeon (no need to clean the blood in the abdomen), add ginseng slices and appropriate amount of water, steam and stew for 1 hour, and serve with a small amount of salt. Take once a day for 3 consecutive days.

(3) Loach soup : 30 grams of glutinous rice root, 90 grams of loach. First, kill and clean the loach, fry it with cooking oil until golden brown, use 2 bowls of water to boil the glutinous rice roots, when 1 bowl of soup is cooked, add the loach to make soup, adjust the seasoning when eating, and eat the fish and the soup together.

(4) Lamb tripe porridge: 1 lamb tripe, 60 grams of glutinous rice, 5 red dates. Wash the sheep's stomach, soak the glutinous rice in water, put the glutinous rice and red dates into the sheep's stomach, sew the mouth, put it in a basin and stew it with water, and eat it with meals. When eating, cut the lamb stomach and season it.

(5) Pork Stomach Porridge: 1 pork stomach, 15g astragalus, 3g ginseng, 50-100g glutinous rice, 30g lotus seeds, and appropriate amount of wheat. Rub the pig's stomach with salt and clean it. Cook it with wheat until half cooked. Take out the pig's stomach and chop it into small pieces. Chop all the medicines and put them into a gauze bag. Tie the mouth and cook with the pig's stomach and water until well-cooked. Remove the medicine bag and the pig's stomach, then add rice and cook into porridge. Add green onions when it's almost done and add appropriate seasonings according to your taste. Drink the porridge and eat the pig's stomach.
