Traditional Chinese medicine treats uterine cold, and dietary therapy is effective

Female friends with cold uterus can improve their condition through Chinese medicine diet therapy. Methods like chicken cooked with motherwort, safflower eggs, angelica and polygala wine are all very good. You can choose according to your needs.

1. Chicken boiled motherwort

1 chicken (preferably with black bones and white hair), 500g of motherwort (divided into 4 portions, soaked in wine, vinegar, ginger juice, and Chuanxiong juice, and stir-fried until dry). Put the prepared motherwort into the chicken pot, cook it with clear soup, and eat it with the chicken or with wine. Roast the chicken bones and medicinal residues and grind them into powder. Add 120g of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 60g of Dipsacus Asper, and 18g of ginger and grind them into powder. Make into pills with refined honey. Each pill is 9g. Take 1 pill each morning, noon and evening. Mainly used to treat long-term infertility.

2. Safflower eggs

Take an egg, make a hole in it, put in 1.5g of saffron, stir well and steam until cooked. Start taking saffron pregnancy eggs the day after your period, eat one a day, and eat 9 in a row. Then wait until the next day of your next menstrual period to start taking it again, and continue taking it for 3-4 menstrual cycles. It is mainly used to treat infertility due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis.

3. Angelica and Polygala wine

150g each of whole angelica and polygala, 1500g of good sweet wine. Chop the whole angelica into small pieces and mix them with Polygala tenuifolia. Put them in a white cloth bag in a clean container, soak them in wine and seal them. It can be opened after 7 days, and the residue can be removed and set aside. Drink it warm every night, in any amount you want, without interruption. When the wine is used up, it shall be remade according to the law. Function: Promote blood circulation, regulate menstruation, and harmonize Qi and blood. Suitable for women with irregular menstruation or insufficient Qi and blood.

4. 5 grams each of processed Chuanwu and processed Caowu (boil the two ingredients first), 3 grams of Asarum (added later), 20 grams each of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Leonurus japonicus. Decoction in water, take 3 doses in a row after the menstruation is over. Three menstrual cycles constitute one course of treatment.

Efficacy: Warms the uterus and dispels cold, treats infertility due to uterine cold, cold pain in the lower abdomen, clear and thin leucorrhea, pale complexion, and cold limbs.
