How to take good care of breasts

Breasts are a very important organ for women. For women, the function of breasts affects people's bodies. Many people don’t know how to take good care of their breasts. Breast care can actually be started with exercise and diet, and eat more protein foods.

1. Exercise more during work breaks

In your spare time, you should often exercise your upper limbs, such as doing deep breathing, chest expansion exercises, shaking your hands, and moving your wrists. These methods can not only relax muscles and promote blood circulation, but also effectively pull the breasts and surrounding skin to participate in exercise, preventing aging and deformation of chest tissue, especially the breasts.

2. Eat more high-quality protein foods, gelatinous foods, and foods rich in vitamin E and vitamin C.

For example, beef, fish, milk, soybeans, pig's feet, chicken feet, tendons, sea cucumbers, etc.; among leafy vegetables, lettuce has the best breast enhancement effect, followed by goose greens and celery.

3. Adjust your sitting posture

The correct posture should be that the upper body is basically straight, and the chest is 10 cm away from the edge of the table. This is very beneficial for relieving chest fatigue and protecting the physiological activity of the breasts.

4. For sagging breasts, it is important to wear the right underwear

People with sagging breasts often have high breasts but loose breast muscles, or they are afraid of breast compression and do not wear bras for comfort, which can easily lead to sagging breasts.

5. Massage

Regular and gentle breast massage can return excess body fluids to the lymphatic system. When massaging, first apply soapy liquid to the breast, and rotate your fingers along the surface of the breast in a circle about the size of a coin. Then use your hands to press the breasts in and bounce them up, which is extremely helpful in preventing breast discomfort.

6. Avoid diuretics

Diuretics do help remove fluid from the body and can also reduce breast swelling. But this immediate relief comes at a cost. Excessive use of diuretics can lead to potassium loss, disrupt electrolyte balance, and affect glucose formation.
