1. Treatment

High testosterone is mainly treated with Diane 35. Drug treatment can counteract the effects of androgens and promote ovulation of follicles. It is usually taken for about 3-6 months. The medication needs to start on the day of menstruation and be taken for 21 consecutive days, and then stop. Six hormone tests are required regularly during the treatment. If the six hormone tests return to normal, the medication can be stopped.
