How to treat pelvic congestion? What should I do?

Pelvic congestion can cause lower abdominal pain, thigh soreness and weakness, increased vaginal discharge, and fatigue. Pelvic congestion also has a certain impact on female fertility. You can choose diet therapy for treatment, but more importantly, you can regulate your emotions and practice yoga more.

1. Regulate emotions

First of all, you should adjust your mood and don't be angry all the time. Qi is the commander of blood and the conductor of blood. Only when Qi is sufficient can the blood flow vigorously. Vice versa. Always being angry can easily consume Qi and damage body fluid, which will definitely lead to deficiency of both Qi and blood.

2. Stick to the knee-chest position

Kneel on the bed with your hands flat on the bed, legs spread as wide as shoulders, chest and shoulders as close to the bed as possible, legs bent, thighs perpendicular to the bed. This posture is very helpful in relieving pelvic congestion. It doesn’t matter if you don’t do it correctly. The key is to lift your hips as high as possible. Do it for 15 minutes before going to bed. Try not to sleep on your back. Sleep on your side instead. It is better to raise your hips a little.

3. Practice yoga more often

Yoga can not only regulate emotions, but its breathing methods and some movements are also very helpful for blood circulation in the abdomen, pelvis and whole body. When doing yoga, the body and mind relax, vascular resistance decreases, and blood flow naturally becomes smooth. The movements you can choose from include cat stretch, tiger pose, and wind-blown tree pose, which not only exercise the abdomen and muscle flexibility, but also promote the flow of qi and blood.

4. Meridian massage

It has remarkable effects and is the best choice for daily health care for people with blood stasis constitution. First, choose the Sanyinjiao point, which is located 3 inches above the medial malleolus of the foot. Press and rub this point in your spare time for 1-3 minutes each time to clear up blood stasis in the body. In addition, you can regularly massage or moxibustion the Zusanli and Guanyuan points to achieve the purpose of unblocking blood stasis in the body. The best effect is to press Zusanli for 5 minutes every day when you feel a tingling, soreness, and heat.

5. Keep a regular diet

Eat more qi-replenishing foods, such as yam, sweet potato, glutinous rice, rabbit meat, loach, honey, and American ginseng and ginseng can also be used in appropriate amounts; eat more blood-activating and blood-producing foods, such as red dates, donkey-hide gelatin, etc. You can also use angelica, Chuanxiong, Panax notoginseng, etc. to make medicinal food.
