After eating some high-protein, low-fat foods, pair them with vegetables and fruits; match meat and vegetables, coarse and fine grains; in addition to eating normal meals, drink appropriate amount of soup to replenish the water consumed in milk production. Avoid eating spicy and cold foods, as these irritating foods are very harmful to the weak body of a new mother after childbirth. Drinking some lighter soups, such as tremella soup, yam soup, etc., can help warm the body. In winter, you can cut the fruit into pieces and rinse them with boiling water to prevent them from getting too cold. 6. Keep warm

Whether it is a natural childbirth or a cesarean section, new mothers are generally more likely to sweat after giving birth. At this time, you should avoid using wind to remove heat. The best way is to cool down naturally. If it is at night, you should also pay attention to keeping the new mother warm to prevent her from catching a cold when the temperature drops at night. The indoor temperature should be kept at 18℃-22℃ in winter and around 24℃-26℃ in summer. The new mother's clothes should be changed in time when they are wet with sweat. Especially in the cold and damp early winter season, new mothers must pay attention to keeping warm. The indoor environment should be warm and dry. If the temperature changes, be sure to add or remove clothes.
